The Build is Ideal for new-build projects, home replacement and budget-conscious buyers. Produced from the highly rated Evolve system with a smooth white finish. The sashes are fitted with spring balances, these assists the lifting and closing of the sash so the window can be opened and closed with minimum effort.
Weather resistant brush seals are added to the running surfaces to facilitate easy opening. In addition, the window sash has a tilt-in-hinge design which makes cleaning the outside of the window from the inside very simple, an ideal solution for top floor windows.
Furniture
High-quality White furniture is fitted as standard with upgrade options to either Chrome or Gold. The furniture suite includes key locking fitch catch and sash lifts.
Angel child safety Stops
For the safety of young children we recommend adding Angel security/child stops to all windows. These easy to operate stops allow the window to open partially for ventilation up to a 100 mm and add an element of security to the open window.

This security upgrade for our sash windows includes reinforced tilt latches, two upgraded locks, as well as locking keeps and two top sash security blocks.
Making the window exceptionally secure and strongly resistant to burglary. By upgrading to laminated glass, combined with PAS 24 our sash windows becomes Secured by Design compliant.

A- Rated energy saving Glass
The Build comes with factory fitted 24mm double-glazed units with grey Edgetech TruePlas spacer bars. Plus Pilkington Optifloat Clear glass externally and soft coated K Glass internally. Our Optifloat Clear glass is specially developed float glass which displays none of the green taint found in many standard ‘clear’ glasses. Our internally soft coated K glass offers excellent thermal insulation as the heat bounces off the glass and back into the internal living space.
